CIHSS / FAMILY WAY HEALTHY LIVING, SPORTS & GAME DAY

We invite you to sponsor our Family Way Healthy Living day by assisting us with a donation for T-shirts and trophies for each consumer participating in the walk-a-thon. Our developmental disabled adults will be offered healthy living education by Central Neighborhood Health Clinic. They will be offered free blood pressure readings, sugar diabetes testing, fun activities and served lunch for the day.

Sponsoring our participants is not only a great way to get involved with the community, but it’s also an amazing opportunity for our developmental disabled adults to learn about their health and that physical activity can be fun! 

You can make a donation at Paypal for $25.00, $50.00 or $100.00.
